What happened to the pull-down menu for back/forward page navigation? This WAS the most frequently used feature of 3.xx Firefox!
The question is self-explanatory. I used to be able to skip back/forward several pages if desired...plus see what page I want to return to before I go there.

Right clicking the back and forward button produces the same menu.
