Bizland won't work with firefox 4.0.1 the home page will come up but you can't upload pictures. The previous versions worked fine. Had to go back to using Windows Internet exp. can you offer any help?
Bizland support check out my computer and said I needed to reload my firefox. Did that on my desk top which is running XP and it still didn't work. Loaded up firefox on my laptop which is running Vista with service pack 2. After loading the current version of firefox my laptop wouldn't run the Bizland program completely. but Windows exlorer would.

Is it a regular Bizland web site, or a "site builder" tool?
To see whether this problem is caused by the new HTML5 parser in Firefox 4, you can turn that off. Please save any unfinished work first.
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the filter box, type or paste html5 and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click html5.parser.enable to toggle it to false (it should turn bold).
Then return to the problem page and reload. Does that make any difference?
thanks for your effort to resolve my problem but Bizland stills errors out and wont load the picture file.
Does the picture uploader use Flash? You can verify that you have the latest Flash plugin for Firefox here:
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
Otherwise, I don't really have a guess as to why that function doesn't work. You could try it in Firefox's Safe Mode; if that works, it could indicate a conflict with one of your add-ons.
First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See Backing up your information. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)
Next, try starting Firefox in Firefox Safe Mode. Be careful not to "reset" anything permanently if you didn't back up.
I am able to hit the site in FF4.0.1 and all the tools are working for me without issue using Windows XP. What tool are you using to upload images, one of the site builders, a gallery application, or something else? I haven't run into any issues in my control panel yet, let me know so I can try to help you out . . .
