When I open up a website it doesnt go ful screen and their is only a cancel buttion and no expand buttion

When I try and log in to the website, the application loads but the window is on a quarter of the normal size and their is no expand button, just a cancel button with an x.

This is hard to view without signing up... Can you expand the window by hovering the mouse over the lower right corner and clicking and dragging it down and to the right?

Is this a recent change, or does it correspond with changing your version of Firefox?
