Hi I had a version of firefox (not sure what one it was) it then asked me to upgrade to 5.0 Now I can not use the Google toolbar and Google Global plugin. I want to go back to my previous version How do i do this?

I tried and have installed version 3. something but it does not allow me to download google toolbar etc. and I cannot find the bookmark drop down box etc.

what do I do to get back to what I did have?

I am not at all technical, so please explain easy-steps

Thank you Mark

You are not the first person to say they could not install the Google Toolbar once back on Firefox 3.6, I don't see it in the block list

The Google Toolbar is no longer supported by Google in Firefox 5 and up, you may be able to get what you want from it for a limited time, the directions to install the Google Toolbar were posted before Google actually announced dropping support.

In any case you can find several alternative solutions, and you can start working on them now, see
