How do I PERMANENTLY disable Private Browsing (or remove entirely)?

more options

I do not want this option on my computer anywhere. While there are ways to delete caches, histories, etc. I know my way around them and can usually find traces of what I'm looking for. With Private Browsing I cannot do this. I need to be able to remove the Private Browsing option entirely, or password protect the ability to enable it. I found some discussions on how to do this with FF4 but they say it is not the same for FF5. Help?
