I had deleted some cookies, now when I go into my roadrunner E-mail & internet bank acct. I no longer have picture of closed or unclosed Envelopes. Also missing is some lines & boxes? Thanks.
The other day I had stumbled in2 Cookies in Firefox. I not knowingly removed some that didn't sound good so I deleted them. So now when I'm in my E-mail or Bank accounts. I'm missing separator lines And some square boxes with outline of opened or closed envelopes. Was wondering, if I remove Firefox will I b able 2 replace or somehow save my bookmarks?

You don't need to remove Firefox -> go to Help Menu -> select "Restart with Add-ons Disabled"
Firefox will close then it will open up with just basic Firefox. You can enable the Add-ons later. Check and tell if its working.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Windows Accessibility settings.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
