Flash sound isn't working

One day, I put down the volume for the "Plugin Container for Firefox" in the sound mixer in Vista. I later on put it back up but it turns out that Flash sound does not play. Youtube videos and flash games have no sound while the sound in the Mozilla's website works, http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/video/. I've tried all the suggestions in the Mozilla sound article.

Try to clear the Flash cookies (LSO) and settings.
