I need help with email issues with firefox being exchanged and changing format in my computer

Recently I am exp. changes in my email. I use msn and have an iMAc. My emails, are being sent to people I have not cc'd and if I hit reply, it changes the email on my computer and replaces their email with my response. I thought perhaps I had accidently changed a setting and tried to trouble shoot. It told me to go to inbox and then to option but I can not FIND option on either in the email or on the iMac!! I need help! And doubt if this is anything you can actually answer online...
