I'm getting an error message when I try to open a web page. The support person for that page wants to see what I'm seeing, so I'd like to do a capture or whatever it is I need to do, so I can send it to her. How do I do this?

You can use an extension to get a screenshot of the full page.

You can use the above, or if you are on a mac you can just do: Command-Shift-4, then space, then click a window: Take a screenshot of a window and save it as a file on the desktop

Or

Command-Control-Shift-4, then space, then click a window: Take a screenshot of a window and save it to the clipboard

On a PC you can just hold Alt then push Prt Scr (it will only take a pic the top window so make sure it is you browser)

Best of luck mate
