I am trying to get on a web from my husbands work. We have been able to get on thru firefox but today I got the message "Browser not supported by web.

Your above posted system details show two Flash plugin, one an outdated Shockwave Flash 6.0 plugin that you should remove.

  1. Shockwave Flash 6.0 r79
  2. Shockwave Flash 10.3 r181

You can find the old Flash plugin file NPSWF32.DLL in the plugins folder within the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\) and remove that file.
Also remove the flashplayer.xpt file in the components folder if present.
