How do I access the download manager in teh new firefox 7.0

I just downloaded the new Firefox 7.0. After installing it, a pop up page informs that a new download manager is an embedded feature of this version and it can resume downloads even if the system crashes. How do I access this feature ? Thanks Dr.Nayak
