how do you find the exact address of a site that you want your pop-up to except
i have been trying to access my children's school records as i need to make some changes. the school's name is highland lakes elementary in granite shoals, Texas, the link it tells me to go to is skyward family access. when in do this I'm told that it has a pop-up block. I have tried to have a pop-up exception but it says I need an exact address. How do I find this address?

There are two solutions that I can think of here. The first one is temporary but foolproof:
1. Go to: Firefox (or Tools in the menu) > Options > Content
2. The top tick-box should read: [] Block popup windows
3. If you make sure this is unticked as you do what you need to do, then tick it again afterwards then this should work.
OR you could use a more permanent solution:
1. Go to the page with the link to the pop-up on it
2. Right-click the link to the pop-up
3. Select the 'Copy Link Location' option (it should be near the bottom)
4. Go to: Firefox (or Tools in the menu) > Options > Content
5. Make sure that the 'Block popup windows' tick-box is ticked
6. Click the 'Exceptions...' button to the right of the tick-box
7. Paste the link into the box which is labeled 'Address of web site:'
8. Click the 'Allow' button
9. Click 'Close' and then 'OK'
