How can I re-install Flash Plarer!

A few weeks ago Firefox Flash Player stopped working and kept sending a message to install it, I did that a few times and it remains the same. Now it's getting worse and it's appearing everywhere. I called Apple and Comcast and they cannot help me. I even re-installed Firefox and it's still the same.
