I want to set up my teens laptop with shortcuts to specific eduation websites on a laptop. Is there a way to lock out all other websites so that once that particular shortcut is used my teen can't just browse to something else from there?

I know how to create a shortcut on the desktop that will take me directly to a website.

What I want to know is once that is used - can I lock the browser to not allow access to anything BUT that website. (to protect my teen from bad sites).
