Can't got to the print screen on zap2it.com

I use zap2it for tv guides. There is a print button on the right side that opens a new window so you can print the guide. Now all I get is a new blank window with "about blank" in the address bar. IE and chrome have no problem with it. P.S My wife's laptop running Vista has no problem.

Did you try just clicking the Print option in the main Firefox menu? It might not look as pretty as the site's own print-friendly view, but it should work.

It will print the screen but the quality is really poor.
