Can't print web page in Firefox
Since changing from Explorer to Firefox as my default web browser, I cannot print. Works fine with Explorer, but not Firefox. I've printed a test page and printer checks out OK. I've made sure my printer is selected, and I've also tried the "reset" suggestion that Firefox help provided. Also, when I boot up now I'm asked to reinstall my printer and have done that a few times.

1. When you did the reset, did you reset all the preferences for that printer? Or just the main pref?
2. Did you do that reset after reinstalling the printer software?
3. Which brand & model printer is that?

When I did "reset" I was looking for "print print print but that did not appear--only print printer, so I right clicked on that and hit reset. I don't know what you mean by "reset all the preferences". I have reinstalled the printer again since I posted the question. My printer is an HP Deskjet F-380.
I've just printed from Firefox--I printed the email advising me that there was an edmeister response. When looking at my installed printers, there appears: HP Deskjet series F380 HP Deskjet series F380 (copy 1) I can print from copy 1 but not the other option, but when I print website addresses only print the top half and not the bottom. The normal text looks just fine. I'm going to sign out of Firefox and go the Explorer and see if I get the same result printing the same email.
That (copy1) appears because the printer was installed a 2nd time.
Firefox button > Print -> Page Setup - Margins / Header & Footer - is where you can select what appears in the top and bottom of the printed page.
