Why can't Firefox restore my previous sessions?

When I open the Firefox window, and click on the link, "Restore Previous Session," it will not restore previous sessions I have been working on. I have to reopen each separately.

That is probably because you did not close Firefox properly, or you closed each window individually.

BTW you can update to Firefox 8.0 through the Help > About Firefox > "Check for updates"
