Since changing to Firefox, my bank's site asks for info for 1st time Firefox user, but after entering it it does not accept the info and this added screen still pops up annoyingly. How do I get it to work, and stop this annoying screen?

Why does this screen ask for Firefox 1st time users to fill out, and then not accept the info. It's very frustrating everyday when I try top log onto my bank.
