mozcrt19.dll uses high CPU at random times , webpages stop loading

I have installed a fresh copy of FF 8.0.1 , when I start FF for the first time and after a few minutes, webpages stop loading , then FF hangs , I check the processes , I saw firefox.exe uses almost all my CPU , with Process Explorer , the file MOZCRT19.dll uses all my CPU and webpages don't load anymore , then after a few minutes , FF become normal , after a few minutes , again MOZCRT19.dll uses all my CPU and so on... I solve the problem , if you have SPEEDbit Video Accelerator , uninstall it immediately , don't just exit from the program , because it will leave some services running , and I recommend using an uninstalling program like Your Uninstaller! 7 , because it will uninstall everything about the program , so this solved my problem.
