also see https://support.mozilla.com/questions/903465 which is more oriented to having sound elsewhere but never in Firefox,. There is no audio control for flash in the sound mixer while on the site and there is one for Firefox.

There might be a problem with your Adobe Flash Player plug-in--is it up to date?
I down loaded the latest version of Adobe flash player and still does not work.
