Bridge Base Online opens new window for login screen etc but I now get the error below.

If I click OK the window appears to open OK.

Do I need to reload something?

Thanks Steve

Chosen solution

That is a problem with a ZoneAlarm toolbar or extension.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

You can also try to ask advice at the ZoneAlarm forum.

Thank you cor-el'

The upgrade said that my zonealarm extension was not compatible and would be removed when Firefox restarted. This patently did not happen as I discovered when I checked: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Extensions. The solution was to disable the zonealarm extension.

Thank you for your time & help. Steve
