When opening certain web pages, dingbats are being shown instead of copy

Sometimes when I open an email, the copy is appearing as dingbat font instead of textual font. Doesn't happen on every email page I open. Also noticed that when I print email receipt for purchases I made, get dingbats across top and bottom of print out.
