I run WindowsXP. I updated Firefox a couple of weeks ago. Now google search results and most webpages are coming up with tiny fonts - I can barely read. Zooming only enlarges the entire page which causes me to scroll horizontally - which irritates me to no end. It looked ok before the update. Now after the update I'm getting the small fonts. I have tried Ctrl-0 and that has not helped. Is there a patch I need to download to fix this issue? I'm frustrated and thinking about going back to IE! UGH!

You can use an extension to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages.
