Please provide a crash id -> https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report
Thank you for trying fmdeveloper, I really appreciate that. When Java Deployment Toolkit crashes it says no report available just reload page to try again.
What version of Java are you running?
On what site does it crash?
It crashes on Pogo exclusively. Running version 6 Update 30. Java Deployment Toolkit is 6.0.300.12 6.0.300.12.
Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
I am truly sorry fmdeveloper but I am computer illiterate mostly. I do not know how to access safe mode. I also do not know what an new empty profile is. Thank you very much for helping me this far.

Again thank you for the help. In or out of safe mode Java Deployment Toolkit keeps crashing. I am trying to set up new profile.
Also, 6 Update 31 was just released. You should update that as well as trying the new profile.
Is live chat still available ??
It was being suspended /stopped Putting Live Chat on hiatus? as English User Help
Thank again fmdeveloper. Updated Java. People at Pogo told me to clear out caches both Firefox and Java periodically. Java Deployment Toolkit seems to be working fine but Adobe Flash Player is the one that keeps crashing now.
Have you seen plugin crash reports note you need to opt in to submit crash reports, then I suggest you post a couple of the crash IDs you obtain, fmdeveloper may find them helpful.
Thanks John. I will try that. Most of the time though it says no report is available just reload page to try again for both the Java Deployment Toolkit and Abobe Flash Player crashes.
Thank you for the help John99. The box looks identical except that I am not given a option to send report just reload page to try to get it to work right is the only option given.
Please attach a screen shot of the option you get, maybe I am not understanding what you are seeing.
