the update never works i always have to install the new version

the update will start and when finish error massage appear to say update were not successful and click ok to download the new version

Have you looked at the How to fix the Update Failed error message when updating Firefox Knowledge Base article? There is some good troubleshooting info in there that might get to the root of your issue.
