Suddenly I can no longer click on the small yellow button on the top left of my screen to make the web page that I am looking at go into my Dock. What do I need to do to make this work again?
This worked perfectly until I logged in this morning.

Hi!
You tell us that the behavior has changed but you don't tell us what happens now. Can you describe the behavior you get when you press the "yellow icon"?
Have you tried to relaunch the browser? Have you tried to use Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode? Perhaps an add-on has taken over the behavior of that area.
Let me know if any of this helps.
Try to repair the disk permissions:
Try to remove the Firefox plist file (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).

Go to "~/Library/Preferences" and remove the plist file for Firefox (org.mozilla.firefox.plist)
Firstly the answer to the question is that the web page, when the yellow button is clicked, disappears into the Firefox icon in the dock. I have also found that the same thing happens with safari. I have an Apple.
I have located and trashed the "mozilla.firefox.plist" and it has not solved the problem.
Problem solved: It was a computer setting and not the fault of Mozilla Firefox.
Thank you
