Operating system is Windows 7 and can't open Firefox. When clicking on icon get "Explorer.exe" error message stating that "The item referred to by this shortcut cannot be accessed. You may not have appropriate permissions." My Target box is listed above and considered not valid.

Hi,

Please try this: type %programfiles% in the Run box (Windows key + R) and check if the folder Mozilla Firefox is present. If it is not present, type %ProgramFiles(x86)% in the Run box, open the Mozilla Firefox folder if present, right-click firefox and Send to > Desktop (create shortcut), after deleting the previous shortcut.
