Is it possible to completely remove the option of Add-ons in Firefox 11? We would like to roll it out within our company, but want to stop users from installing their own Add-ons.

We use Windows XP SP3 and want to roll out Firefox 11.

We want to disable the option for installing Add-ons. Or if possible to hide "Add-ons" in the "Tools" menu option.
