trying to download firefoxx or beta, nnothing happens after i click on the icon, it just sasys thanks for downloading.

I never get to a run menu. the screen takes me to the newsletter signup. maybe the xomputer thinks that it is on board, but i do not know how to find it.

Thanks, but I solved it. I downloaded the old version that is still available(like going back a version) then upgraded to ver 11.

If I understand you correctly, you're saying that when you click on the download button, you don't get a file to download.

Try the exe file at http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest/win32/en-US/
