Is this a website that has this popping up, or a Firefox window? Can you give a screenshot?

Also, you should begin to prepare to upgrade to Firefox 11. Firefox 9 is no longer supported, which means it is open to lots of known security holes. Please upgrade ASAP. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/features/ and Updating Firefox have more information.
