It says my college on-line site is not trusted. It will not let me in.
I can not connect to my college on-line platform. The college is Park University. I need to get into this badly. What should I do? I read the troubleshooting but it does not let me get to the technical problem and get the prompt to go ahead and connect.

First, please update to firefox 11. firefox 8.0.1 has LOTS of known security holes and other bugs, plus firefox 8 isn't supported. Updating Firefox has the steps to do that.
After that, I'm assuming you have read This connection is untrusted?
The certificate for www.park.edu is OK, so there shouldn't be any problems to access the site.
Try to rename the cert8.db file in the Firefox profile folder to cert8.db.old or delete the cert8.db file to remove the intermediate certificates that Firefox has stored.
If that helped to solve the problem then you can remove the renamed cert8.db.old file.
Otherwise you can rename (or copy) the cert8.db.old file to cert8.db to restore the stored intermediate certificates.
Firefox will automatically store new intermediate certificates when you visit websites that send them.
