I can play games that use Flash in Firefox 11, but I can't watch any YouTube videos at all. Why?

For some reason, YouTube videos won't play on Firefox. I have the latest Firefox browser (11.0) and the latest Flash player (11.2.202.228). I'm also on Windows 7 if that matters at all. What's weird is it just stopped working literally minutes after my sister watched the last YouTube video that worked.

Now when I go to YouTube on any computer with Firefox, when I go to a video there's just a black box and when I right click it it says "Movie not loaded..." and none of the video thumbnails are visible either.

So far I tried disabling Firefox's crash protection for Flash, and disabled hardware acceleration but neither one fixed my problem. Please help if you can.
