Since downloading Firefox 12 it crashes every few minutes. I have removed Firefox fully and reinstalled, cleared all cache, and ran the two malware and spyware programs. Nothing detected and I have done multiple redoots

I have been reporting all the crashes for some time.

Start Firefox in -> Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if add-ons/extensions are causing Firefox to crash.

Check and tell if its working.

Unfortunately the linked crash report is empty (@ EMPTY: no crashing thread identified; corrupt dump) and doesn't include any data, so it is not possible to find the cause of the crash.

Did you recently submitted other crash reports that do show a crashing thread?

The second crash report shows that is has been submitted by Firefox 12.0, but has a default theme with a Firefox 8.0.1 version.

See the Extensions tab:

Do a clean (re)install and delete the Firefox program folder (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\).

Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible.

  • Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because all profile folders will be removed and you will also lose your personal data like bookmarks and passwords from profiles of other Firefox versions.

Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.
