Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Have a look and see if SPDY is enabled. Enter about:config in the address window and when opened, enter spdy in the search window. If "network.http.spdy.enabled" is true, double click on the entry to disable it. Restart Firefox. If this doesn't cure the problem, re-enable SPDY.
Modified
This doesn't cure the problem. It's the same.
There appears to be a bug with MSN Messenger caused by the use of globalStorage that is longer supported in Firefox 13+.

Install and use Google Chrome. Firefox always was a bit slower loading and seems to have become buggy. Chrome is solid with good updating and works well for me.

Please dev in firefox. Fix this problem now!!!

Hey yok789456. You can use the ie-tab add-on for firefox while MS/Hotmail doesn't fix this issue. You can keep on using firefox while still using your hotmail web messenger.
