how do I DELETE, not just disable, the AVG Do Not Track icon from my browser?

All the questions answered on the AVG and the Firefox website ask how to enable it or how to see it. I want the opposite. I want to not only disable it, which I have, but to also DELETE the lousy icon from my toolbar.

go to about:config and type keywords, then disable it somehow. be careful while doing it.
