I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and have downloaded Firefox for Android and it seems to work alright but I notice that when I tap the address bar I don't get the option to speak the input rather than type it in. Is voice input not supported or is there something that I'm doing wrong?

I'm always happy to have mozilla products on my devices. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. I don't see a gear button on my keyboard but I found a menu that allows me to select "Samsung keyboard" or "Google voice keyboard". So I've found a way to use voice in my searches. It still seems strange that the keyboard is different for Firefox in this respect than for the internet app that came with the tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab2 7.0).

hi, I checked this on my tablet and for Firefox 10 for Android I had to first tap the gear button on te soft keyboard and enable voice input. Then, I long-Tap on the address bar and select voice input and it works.
