I was Facebook , I copied and pasted a word into the top address bar and hit the refresh button & now my FB page is blank, except for links, that won't work

I can get onto my FB page with any other browser. I just tried to look something up using that same address bar, the one at the top, and got the same kind of page with a bunch of links that don't work. I also tried to take a screenshot last night and that wouldn't work.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
