WHICH ONE IS BETTER, MOZILLA OR FIREFOX....I also just learned that Firefox includes a browsers called SEAMONKEY! and Mozilla is not a browser at all.

As of July 2012.... Firefox has 24% worldwide usage share of the web. With success in INDONESIA 66%, GERMANY 48% AND POLAND 47%.

If I delete SEAMONKEY can I still use Firefox Browser?

You don't need to delete SeaMonkey to install Firefox. Hell, you can even use them at the same time.

Firefox doesn't include the SeaMonkey suite.
SeaMonkey is a separate program (not just a browser, but a suite) maintained outside the Mozilla Corporation.

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SeaMonkey

SeaMonkey is a free and open source[3] cross-platform Internet suite.
It is the continuation of the former Mozilla Application Suite, based on the same source code.

The development of SeaMonkey is community-driven, in contrast to the Mozilla Application Suite, which until its last released version (1.7.13) was governed by the Mozilla Foundation. The new project-leading group is the SeaMonkey Council.
