Hi,

When I try to register on a website, I enter the username & password. Then I click "register" - I received the following error:

Unhandled Exception An unhandled exception was thrown by the application.

I did uninstall Firefox & re-installed it, disable antivirus ect. Each time I try to register I received the error above.

Could you please assist?

Regards,

K

Hi,

The error seems to be a site issue/geographic issue. You can try to report it.

Dumdidadia,

Thank you for your reply. I have gone to their "Contact" page to "report it" but I could not report it. When I go to their "Contact page" I get the following:

"support~btmon,com"

Bug reports and other site specific issues.

DMCA and links removal

   Please see DMCA page.

It seems that the contact details in not correct. I have no way of reporting it.

Please help

You can try substituting the ~ with @ and the , with .

more options

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

You can try to remove all stored data from that domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry (Show All History or History sidebar).

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove everything like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions from that domain, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make a note of those passwords and bookmarks.
You can't recover from that "forget" unless you have a backup of the affected files.

It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
