Are you referring to the Nintendo 3DS ?. edit: I guess so as you used it to post thread as according to more system details.

There is only desktop Firefox for Windows, Mac OSX (32/64-bit) and Linux 32/64-bit)

And for mobile platform Mozilla only supports Android 2.2+ with a ARMv7 processor with ARMv6 releases coming in near future if if ram/cpu on device is adequate..
