bold texti up graded my fire fox and now i find i have two versions in my control panel i tried to delete one but it wouldn't do it then i tried to delete the other but it wouldn't delete as well how can i get them off my laptop and reinstall again thanku

It is possible see only orphaned entries in add and remove programs.
This can happen if the Firefox updater didn't remove the entry of the previous version, but merely added an entry for the new version.

If you are comfortable with the registry editor then you can remove the Firefox 14 (?) entry in the CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ registry key. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Mozilla Firefox (????)

If you have a 64 bit Windows version then use: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Mozilla Firefox
