Why there's no letters showing on the address bar, search bar, tabs, and even the Firefox menu. By letters I mean no text at all, its a blank.

I can type in the address bar and the search bar but the text wont show up. However, when I press Enter, it does goes to the website I typed, meaning its actually there but its blank. How do I fix this crap?

Do you see any of the typed text if you use select all in the right-click context menu or Ctrl+A?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
