Firefox is able to display main webpages correctly but when I click on a link, everything goes back to old html links.
Recently, I have had a problem with TSN.ca, Firefox loads the webpage just fine but when I got to click any other sports story the pages are white and all the links are down the left hand side. It looks like a regular HTML page. This happened after I installed a Registry Cleaner AdvanceCare which I have uninstalled. I am using Firefox version 17 with Flash Version 11.5. This problem didn't happen before and doesn't happen in IE 9.

That means the stylesheets aren't loaded. The first thing to try is to clear the cache. See the following article for instructions:
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

There are other things that need your attention.
Note that your plugins listed in the system details list show two Flash plugins.
You should remove the older 11.4 version
- Shockwave Flash 11.5 r502
- Shockwave Flash 11.4 r402
