Why do websites look worse on my Firefox and better on other people's Firefox?

When I navigate to my website, I notice that many details seem to look highly inferior compared to viewing the website on another computer, even in the same browser. While I know certain looks can vary, I want to know why my updated Firefox won't show the website as it appears on other computers. I have done everything I can to move past the cache. I have a brand new HP p7-1234 desktop. Elements on my website look grainy, out of margin and poorly colored. Is there anything I can do?
