popup window comes up everty time i open Firefox - http://www.epicurious.com/scripts/exitpop.html

Every time I open Firefox, I black bank window pops up? The address shown on the window is: http://www.epicurious.com/scripts/exitpop.html. Can anyone let me know how to stop this from popping up without having to enable the pop-up blocker. I regular visit some sites that properly use pop-ups so I'd like to not enable the pop-up blocker if possible. Thanks tons!
