I'm not sure if I have Malware or if somehow I have deleted what I'm told. I reset Firefox with no success. The messages loop continually reappears whether I'm using foxfire or MS Internet Explorer

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Password Bank is a program that is used on some computers to add support for the Upek fingerprint reader.
It sounds that the version that you have isn't compatible with current Firefox versions.
