Firefox cant play videos normally

i have a problem with firefox, it wont load videos, it asks for flash player :P even after i got flash player videos on random websites still dont play properly. as in they randomly freeze and when i touch the screen the video options(that you would see in any other browser and earlier versions for firefox for android) dont pop up p.s every time a update is released i hope to see peformance updates because firefox is still not that fast and stable

gee i already saw that before posting this i have the latest archieved version for ics (anyway that tutorial explains how to get flash i think i stated that i alredy have flash ;d )
