when i type in search bar i get directeted to setup.com @ip216.38.192.62 Who is this ?

the address bar will suggest addresses but on an incomplete or bad spelling i get directed to a website called "setup.com" at ip address "216.38.192.62" owned by ViaWest Internet Services.

also other computers using firefox in the house do this

You may have an ISP that that redirects automatically if a DNS look up fails.

You can try alternative NS servers to see if that help or contact your ISP about this.

You can also try to reset (power off/on) the router.
