Firefox's menu bar doesn't show up on my mac. How do I add it so I can enable popups?

The menu bar for whatever I clicked last (word, or stickies, or whatever) is what's up there even as I'm typing this into the Firefox screen. I need the menu bar-- file, etc-- how can I get it back?

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).

Remove the Firefox plist file (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).

Go to "~/Library/Preferences" and remove the plist file for Firefox (org.mozilla.firefox.plist)
