How do I save bookmarks/Favorites/Folders? I tried you suggested route https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

%APPDATA% is shorthand for the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\ folder (Windows 7/Vista) or the C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\ folder (Windows XP), which depends on your Windows user account name.

I have no folders named "appdata" or "application data"

ALSO "Open the Charms and select Search." what is CHARMS??????

The "Application Data" folder in XP/Win2K and the "AppData" folder in Windows Vista and Windows 7 and later versions are hidden folders.
